I've been a licensed real estate broker in Las Vegas since 2005. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Enterprise, and the Southwest.
I'm also a real estate investor myself. I buy and hold properties in Las Vegas and run a property management company, so I'm looking at the market from more than just the sales side. I see what homes are selling for, what they're renting for, and what's happening with tenants and owners every day.
I got into real estate in the early 2000s after buying and flipping my first property. A few years later, the market crashed. I've worked through just about every kind of Las Vegas real estate market since — from the 2008 crash and years of short sales and foreclosures, to the fast-moving market of 2020 and everything that's happened after it. After more than 20 years, I know how to adjust to different market conditions and help my clients do the same.
I was born in Taishan, China, and graduated from Boise State with a degree in Finance. My team speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish, and I'm a member of Las Vegas REALTORS®.
