Cannot say enough about Jim and his amazing team!! My husband and I recently bought a new build for our growing family, and the whole process was made simple and painless due to Jim's expertise, Holly's responsiveness and bright, happy personality, and Reysa's top notch administrative skills and attention to detail.
The team made sure that we got all the incentives from the builders that we were entitled to (including a killer interest rate and money towards closing costs) and were able to explain any questions we had about the many different documents and forms we had to sign throughout the process. Holly especially went above and beyond, answering all my questions and keeping me updated the whole time.
Needless to say, we will be recommending the Jim Fong Group to anyone who needs a Realtor!

He paid so much attention to detail ~ we bought a new construction home so he took photos of us from when it was a dirt lot with a tumble weed all the way to completion, documenting all our milestones 😊 dont know that we would've dont if he werent there coordinating all our appointments behind the scenes.
